Here's How To Use Dermatend Mole Removal Cream

STEP #1 - PREPARE THE MOLE FOR REMOVAL

Before you begin your mole removal process, you have to wash the mole and surrounding skin. We recommend using hot water and soap, wash the area, rinse, and apply alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to clear away and remaining germs.

STEP #2 - HOW TO EXFOLIATE THE SKIN

This is one of the most important steps in the mole removal process. We include a free emeryboard for this purpose, but if you have a new pumice stone, you can use that for exfoliation. Pumice stones work great! Begin exfoliation by rubbing (only the mole) with the emery board, or pumice stone. The best way to do this is to rub the mole in a circular motion for about 60 seconds. Make sure you rub all around the mole, but try to avoid the surrounding skin. After a minute of rubbing, re-wash the mole with warm water and soap. NO ALCOHOL needed.

STEP #3 - APPLYING THE DERMATEND CREAM

To apply the Dermatend cream, we recommend using a cotton swab, or sterile putty knife. STEP #4 - CHANGING THE BANDAGES

Most patients report their moles begin to flatten and dry up after the first 24 hours. We recommend re-washing the mole after 24 hours, reapplying the cream, and cover one more night. After your second day of application, the mole should be very dry looking. If it has not dried up yet, re-apply for a third time. Most patients only need one or two applications to remove the mole, but healing time may take several weeks, depending on your overall health.
